[TW5] Help with site?

I am working on a social enterprise, and I need a website to act as an online hub for everything related to it.
I've been working with TiddlyWiki5, and have been truly inspired by it. It feels good to promote it. I would be thoroughly advertising it once the business is up and rolling. But I'm nowhere near coding-capable, so this has been a really long and grueling process to progress with it. I've taken some courses on an app called "SoloLearn: Learning to Code", and have had some success. But I think this is a job for the experts.
Many of you have better credentials than I ever could. So, I would like to offer someone a deal. I'm willing to negotiate paying you to finish the site I'm building. And maybe a little maintenance here and there, if you're willing. Or if I could pass this site between a couple, or even a few people, that would be fantastic; the more, the merrier. If you'd like to volunteer your services, you would be gratefully recognized (unless you'd like to remain anonymous).
It isn't quite a business, yet. I'm the only person working on it, but I've been planning it for over six years. There are a handful of people interested, but I need more illustration. It's incredibly in-depth, and I need a platform to introduce it. A website provides a perfect starting platform fory demographic and potential members. The outline for the site is even readily available.
If you're interested, please let me know. I'm eager to show people what it is I'm trying to accomplish.
