Is it possible to create two different tables of content and show them on different tabs?

Any tiddler tagged with $:/tags/SideBar will show up in the sidebar menu.
The contents of the tiddler can be generated by the <<toc>> macro. The toc macro has lots of options for whatever you want the output to look like.
