Change time format from 24hr to 12hr in journal tiddlers

Hi,

I set up tiddlywiki to have the following title for journal tiddlers: 0hh:0mm DDth MM YYYY

The problem is, it puts the time in 24hr format. For example, instead of 16:55 I wish it would say 4:55pm. How do I fix this?

Use 'hh12' for hours in 12 hour clock and '0hh12' for hours in 12 hour clock with leading zero.

Hi Mark. That helped, thank you. But, is there a way for it to say am or pm after the time?
