1 - Download a new "empty" TW from: https://tiddlywiki.com/#GettingStarted

2 - Search in advanced search for "$:/temp/info-plugin"

3 - Click it...

You will see ...


But you won't see it as a plugin under Control > Plugins which is only the "core".



$:/temp/info-plugin is likely just acting as a wrapper for needed Tiddlers (and its "disable" button does nothing).

All I would say is that this kind of thing could confuse a stupid person like me :-).
