Hi,

I use draggable lists a lot and seeing as there's no easy way to drag items on mobile I wanted to try to make a button that could do the job, e.g. one for up and one for down.

Is there some way to do this using an already existing <action-something-or-other>, or is this something I'd have to write a JavaScript macro for?

Thanks,
- Dave

I use $draggable and $droppable a lot as well.  Fortunately, there is a plugin that extends standard drag-n-drop handling to mobile. To install:

1) go to the $:/ControlPanel, Plugins tab
2) press big blue "Get more plugins" button
3) press big green "Open plugin library" button
4) scroll down to find "Mobile drag and drop shim" plugin
5) press the "install" button
6) close plugins modal list
7) save-and-reload

enjoy,

I installed this and restarted the TW twice like it said and tried it in both Chrome (Brave actually) and Firefox, but nothing seems different.

What is the expected behaviour?

I was thinking there might be a "handle" that shows up to drag, but there's nothing there.  When I drag items in the list the whole page moves, and when I long tap you just get a browser link option popping up.

Btw, I'm on BobExe, viewing a TW served on the local network

Nevermind, it's working now. (Complete)

I went back later to look at the plugin for any steps I may have missed and it wasn't there.  I probably just saved and reloaded, but should have saved and killed Bob, then restarted Bob.

Works great! :)  Now I'm going to try installing that swipe thing (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tiddlywiki/-7DHWx2aLyU)
