Static tiddler build: use dashes in filenames

The default `tiddlywiki build --static` outputs filenames with title spaces url encoded to %20. Is there anyway to change the behavior to replace spaces with dashes instead of %20?

Brandon,

There may be a hack already but be aware the next release has a slugify operator and more for this very kind of example. The trick is making sure this process does not give rise to duplicates.
