Is this a bug?

The preview is correct, see first image (won't let me insert images other than at the start!).

But when I close the tiddler, the first image reverts to it's original size (second image - red background).

The first image is scaled 25%, *relative to the width of it's container*.  Thus, while in preview, the image appears smaller than the normal view, because the preview pane is not as wide as the normal view.  In both snaps, the first image does look to be about 25% of the width, so I think it's working correctly.

Ah, I thought it meant 25% of the image size, not the container.
