Link to a specific section of a tiddler

Hi all,

I am wondering if there is a way to create a link to a specific section of a tiddler instead of linking to the whole tiddler.

There has being some discussion about this. There is an issue with using HTML anchors in the tiddlywiki text because of the way the tiddler is presented.

and Primacy has being given to tiddlers as the basic unit. eg if the document were broken into tiddlers you may use a Table of Contents to show the tiddlers in a hierarchy and use this to access a specific section.

There are however many other-ways to organise your data to achieve the equivalent
