Weird Plugin Update Behavior

Now when I drag/drop a plugin to my wiki to update it (like tiddlytables, shiraz, etc) the importer says "Existing Tiddler will be overwritten!" as opposed to the usual "plugin is blocked due to same version" or the usual "update from version a to version b" message.

Im not sure how to begin debugging this. Any help would be appreciated!

You may get this with the bundler plugin. View and change its setting or disable it when not in use.
