Dictionary to JSON

Hello,

Is there a quick and easy way to convert a dictionary-type tiddler to a json tiddler using existing tools or plugins?

It's not about changing the type itself (there's a dropdown for that), but about parsing and rewriting my key:value pairs to be compliant with the json data structure.
