Tabbing and the Toolbar

When creating a new tiddler I enter the title then press <tab> expecting to focus the tiddler body. However, TW5 (I'm a TW Classic user) focusses the toolbar which means I have to either press <tab> 20 more times or click the body to edit it. I'm sure I'm not alone in this frustration...

How can I make the toolbar skip focus or, if worst comes to worst, move the body above the toolbar?
