Cannot upgrade node TW 17 to 19

Hi

I have a node.js version of TW5.1.17 running on Windows. When I run the an update as per below, it runs for 1-2 seconds but no update is performed.

Have I done something wrong or is there a bug?

Backup first

Rather than update it have you just tried installing it again?

npm install -g tiddlywiki
