Thats not not a wysiwyg editor. You are talking about the "editor toolbar". Search for editor toolbar buttons for more info. You can create your own and there is a rich set of macros to help.

Like usual tiddlywiki documents itself in many ways. Using advanced search you can find existing code, clone tiddlers and edit to build your own. Take a hacker attitude and you can do almost anything in tiddlywiki
