Sort by specific color?

Hello all,

So, I sort my tags based on what color they are, but I was wondering if there was a way to filter by the specific color, 

IE " <$list filter="[tags[]!is[system]sort[title]!sort[icon]!sort[color]]"> " in $:/TagManager

It defaults to RGB highest values, so "255 100 50" would be above "200 100 50"

If I wanted it to sort by BRG (or CMY) and then lastly no color (K), would that be possible to do?
