Using TiddlyDekstop the new Google Drive?

I've been using TiddlyDesktop to edit tiddlywiki (Synced through Backup and Sync) for a while now. Google seems to be pushing to transition to the new Google Drive, but whenever I try to open a file on TiddlyDesktop, it only displays the parent Directory Index: https://pasteboard.co/ClENBVRvW7JA.png . It worked once but started displaying the Index after trying to open it from another computer. 

Having the files being available online or offline doesn't seem to make a difference.

TiddlyDrive through Chrome also didn't work for me. I'm just looking for a simple way to edit the same files on different computers. Thanks.

Hi Ally,

I use TiddlyWiki exclusively via TiddlyDrive to access all of my TiddlyWiki instances in Google Drive.  No problems.

If you want to try troubleshooting of that, could you give more detail about what is not working?

Also, I don't know what you mean by "Google seems to be pushing to transition to the new Google Drive."

What new Google Drive ?

Thanks, I did manage to get TiddlyDrive to work (had some popup permission issues) but I'd much prefer to get it to work to TiddlyDesktop.
