Editing Multiple Drafts

Hi

When editing multiple drafts/new tiddlers, the fields are linked between the different drafts (including the tags, which are probably a field as well).
For instance:

When changing a field in the draft for 'Test 1', it will change the field in 'Test 2' as well.

I believe that I have edited multiple drafts in the past and can't remember this happening.

Is this the desired behavior when editing multiple drafts?

It is known behaviour but I wouldn't call it desired. I agree it would be better if this wasn't the behaviour. Because any such tags or field values are automatically saved when the tiddler is closed it is easy to mistakenly set a field (and therefore also miss out in the intended tiddler).

I vaguely recall seeing a github issue about it but I'm not sure (...and I don't quite know what to search for)

I can't seem to make it work that way. What is your setup that brings it up? Are you on node? Single file TW? Particular browsers?
