[TW5 Workflow] SideEditor plugin update

Happy to report I've updated the SideEditor plugin. Nothing major but:

* the title displayed at top of the sideeditor now prevents CamelCased words in the title to behave as if they were links of their own

* I added a small toggle next to the title. I've missed when dealing with multiple open tiddlers and there was not toggle seen

* it is plugin packaged more properly when I now have more experience with the Tinka plugin packer and how to set up things according to standard

It is still a mystery how the version numbering works so don't pay too much attention to that - assuming it doesn't cause problems when upgrading, in which case I hope you report it here, please.
