[TW5] Bottom-tabs notes like MagicTabs

I love http://magictabs.tiddlyspot.com but it is much more than I need so I have tried to copy only the "add & show note"-function at the bottom of every toddler, but it is very much to complex for me to wrap my head around and I would appreciate some help

Hi Magnus,

yes, it is indeed a very complex plugin, and it might not be trivial to
get the note functionality out (I tried, but couldn't find an easy way).
So my reccomendation would be
to just disable all the other tabs that you don't want to have in the
MagicTabs dashboard. That way you will only see the tabs that you want
and need. (For example your note tab)

Yeah, I was afraid of that answer. I'll give it a try to adapt it as much as possible . Thank you for your effort

I've got something that does roughly what you're looking for.  http://www.mklauber.com/wiki/#Notes%20Example   (It may ask for a password, just click cancel and ignore (don't close) the error box).  You should be able to just drag the link to "Notes" to your tiddler and have it start working.  

For any tiddler with the tag "Notes", it basically adds to the ViewTemplate a button to show the "notes" field as wikitext.  While visible, you can also click "edit" to change the notes field.  It's a bit of a work in progress, but I think you'll find it what you need.
