Is it possible to display a custom message when there are no results from the filter being used? Currently, when there are no results, the macro shows "filter input is empty." I would like to be able to customize this message.

History Buff;

Have a look inside the Dynamic Tables tiddlers for the emptyMessage parameter, this often the method by which an empty set is handled.

History Buff,
 As Tones explained well in his answer, yes it's an empty message but you need to open the Dynamic Table tiddler and customize it as you like.

Best wishes
Mohammad

Thanks to both of you. I figured it would be that easy.

Since I have many dynamic tables in my TW and each of them would likely have a unique desired message for the empty filter results, I would need to be able to pass that message to the macro. I think that should be relatively straight forward. I'm a little hesitant to do that because, when there's an update available, I would have to either not upgrade or remember to make the same modifications to the upgraded version. Could I request that as a possible future feature?

No worry! It is only one macro! By the way will look at it for next release!

Best wishes
Mohammad
