Converting a single file TW instance to a folder-base node.js version?

This must be such a trivial task that is not discussed anywhere. At least not anywhere I could find it.

Is it done with the tiddlywiki app? If so, how? I see there are commands to save and/or render a selection of tiddlers from an existing single-file instance (i.e --render, --save).
What would the command to save/render *all* tiddlers in a format suitable for later serving them from node.js?

that exactly what I was looking for. I think a version of those instructions should go into the standard Tiddlywiki reference site---it certainly would have saved me quite a few searches!
