[TW5] Custom Ordering of Tiddlers with a specific Tag

I have some tiddlers with a certain tag. 

When I want to review all tiddlers with that tag, I would like to open them all in a specific sequence.

That is like:

• Tiddlers have a field with a "customID"
  
• A "Review Tiddler" has 
• an editable list of CustomID values
• a field to enter a tag
• a button
• On clicking the button,
  
• Open all tiddlers with the tag (for example, "web-scraping")
• Sort/Display the tiddlers based on the "CustomID"

    

But I haven't got a clue how to make this work using macros and widgets. 

Could someone help?

Reading the TW5 documentation feels like watching the movie "Interstellar".

The documentation feels like a black hole. Fall into it there is no coming out. 

There is no end, there is no beginning. And sure it looks round.

Its a Hole - the Cat said. No its a Sphere - the Tiddler said.

Begin at the beginning," the King said,

Trial and error is a big part of my TW5 use also. The good part is that we learn from it.
