How do I disable the auto-backup in TD Desktop?

I've been searching for a way to disable the auto-backup feature of TD Desktop but can not find it. Is there a way to do this or some setting I can change?

I’m afraid there is currently no way to turn off the automated backups in TiddlyDesktop, but there is a GitHub ticket discussing the issue:
