"Filter" Option + Search in Fields box

Hello
Tobias has a "filter" box on top of the "More" tabs and also a tab to "search in field" in the advanced search one
is that a Plug-in ? how can i add that to my TW5?

Look at http://tobibeer.github.io/tb5/#list-search and then it is put in tiddler $:/core/ui/MoreSideBar/All
