iFrames displayed in small window?

Hello!

Is there anyway to get iFrames to appear in larger size in Tiddlywiki? All the iFrame-embed i have tried only show up in a very small screen. Maybe 200x100

Example:

Hi Ilmari,
you must use width and height not WIDTH and HEIGHT with tiddlywiki.

If you are pasting this into a new tiddler, the <script> will not be ignored -
