I'd check permissions on the wikiFolder directory. To me, that sounds like a situation where node attempts to delete the files, but is not permitted to. Then a few seconds later, it notices those files are still there, and reloads them.

Hi guys,
As the subject says i'm getting tiddlers re-appear about 30 seconds after they're deleted and saved changes.
I'm running tiddlywiki on node.js on my phone using termux and accessing it from different devices.
I'm running it as lazy-all as I have a lot of tiddlers stored taking up a large amount of space.
Is it worth running a fresh new tiddlywiki from a different folder and importing the tiddlers from the old one?
