These days using machine learning has affected software engineering in many ways.
For example, Gmail is smart and helps you in writing correct english and suggest sentences for you. LinkedIn suggests new connections, and there many mores like Google Assistant and Siri where they use artificial intelligence

Is there any plugin for using machine learning in Tiddlywiki? or is there any plan for developers to add such features to Tiddlywiki?

Small examples

- suggest and add tags based on the tiddler text
- suggest and autofill links, it can create [[xx yy]]
- suggest words when searching and show tiddlers you open more frequently
- use voice recognition to type in different languages (this already exists around and may be a plugin can be developed to use it better, like say add tag, add field, ...)
- add bullets (create unordered list) based on typing

I think we can write a long list here

It seems some company started using AI for note taking see this one https://otter.ai/login

By the way, next five years

Atro,

My personal view.

Machine learning is in many ways, a word introduced when its use got larger and more complex. Same with analytics, Prior to that we would refer to components like most recently used, customisations, collation, history and frequency that we built into our software. Analytics are just measurement.

That is customisations and responsive solutions grew into machine learning. A key example is most machine learning extracts decision trees from big data, but we can extract decision trees from our brain or other sources as well, then tiddlywiki allows us to realise the value of decision trees in our software.

Thanks for the reminder to get rid of gmail as a spy mail client. Google is already like big brother and it's getting worse all the time.

IMO TiddlyWiki is about owning your data.

PMario & Atronoush

So.

Mainly I despise those LinkedIn & Google things as they are stupid.

But, Yes on using TW to shun crowd-mind harvesting.

FWIW, TW's Empty is clean. What you get is a Virgin WebPage without diseases.

BUT, as far as I know, there is NO concerted effort to oppose market surveillance by Google.

TW is a very reserved character that just disappears from The Struggle :-).

Thoughts from a suburb of Moscow.

I remember one plugin uses machine learning to answer certain questions intelligently!
There is no worry to share your private information over the net and like TW itself, this can be private and on your own
system!
