Please explain much more clearly what the plugin does? "Solution" - sounds great, but what's the problem?

Mat,

 Solution plugin is a tool used in TW-Scripts to create and document the Q&A in Google Forum!

 It uses a View Template to show responder, keywords (like tags) and url of Q&A in Forum as a tiddler header.

  The new release got updated to work with Locator.
