Does anyone know how can I get a tiddlywiki structured like https://ibnishak.github.io/Timimi/ ?

As a last resort I realize I could download the Timini tiddlywiki and deconstruct and reconstruct it, but is there a theme(?) I can apply, or a blank wiki I can start with, that would do the same thing?
