Hi,

I want to have these 3 features in one single tiddly wiki

#1 - Dark Mode and Light Mode like in Mobile
#2 - Colour Themes
#4 - Mobile app in android and ios for viewing the above wiki - Tiddloid is not available in google playstore
#5 - Popup on clicking/Dialog on clicking a internal reference or message. for example i want to show a popup or dialog on clicking a text.

Any links or good reference would also help if someone can help with

Thanks

Odin

Hi!

1) This is certainly possible. TW has palettes, so if you have one dark palette and a light one. you can switch them around.  JD's mono theme uses this and adds a button that switches between two palettes, see: http://j.d.mono.tiddlyspot.com/
2) see 1
3) I don't think this plugin would conflict with others, so you can add this to you wiki ofcourse!
4) I don't know about apps, as I don't use tiddlywiki on my phone, maybe someone else can say something on this
5) Maybe this is what you are looking for? https://tiddlywiki.com/#WidgetMessage%3A%20tm-modal

Likely MORE relevant is that (a) there is a plugin that detects the working environment and (b) there are possible startup actions.

It would be well possible to detect on startup where the wiki is being viewed from and trigger auto actions to match the situation on style and wotnot.

Just there are no real public "proofs of concept" yet. Though I'm sure it works.

Best wishes

A little mission creep, perhaps?

You download Tiddloid from its github site:

Same for Quinoid

AFAIK, the extensions that used to work in browsers no longer work on Android. But you can use the download saver mechanism. Unfortunately, on Chrome at least, it not only changes the suffix of the file, it also changes the prefix. However, if you only want to VIEW a TW file, then any modern browser will work.

Another possibility is to run node or tiddly server on your device inside of termux or some other application that supports node.

Quine (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/quine-2/id1450128957) is the unofficial way to save on ios.
