Hi,

Are there free and ready-to-use templates similar to the academic note-taking journal like Alberto Molina Perez's TiddlyWiki example http://tesis.tiddlyspot.com/
I would like to use the same set-up as it tags the content exactly as I wish to use my notebook. However, cannot save the same html file because of flagged 'Internal Javascript Error' that pops up when any changes are made to the settings (for example, defaulting saving the tiddly to tiddlyspot of the original author etc.)
Are there any workarounds with minimal or no coding required?

Thanks in advance,
Santanu

Have you chosen a mechanism for saving your local TW file?

If you click on the download/save link for tesis, you can save it to your download directory. Then, for instance, if you have PMario's TiddlyBackup/file-backups installed, you can go into the "saver" part of the configuration screen and remove the tiddlyspot name and then save locally.

That is a very old edition. Unless it is working *exactly* the way you want, you should consider updating it to 5.1.19 before continuing.

Good luck

If you are on Windows 7 or higher you might need to right click, choose 'Properties' and there will be a checkbox 'Trust file created on an other computer' (something like that, don't have an English system myself)

For reference manager I would recommend

It supports bibtex and you can export your reference from any reference manager to be used in your wiki.

Good luck
