New journal link broken

Yesterday I used the "new journal" link and it worked (this is on just-downloaded TiddlyWiki and TiddlyDesktop). Today, when I click it opens yesterday's journal to edit.

Any help most welcome.

Any possibility that the AM/PM setting on your computer is reversed?

I had a problem along these lines at one point because of UTC vs current TimeZone 

Add hh:mm to your Title of new journal tiddlers to see if this could be the problem. If it is I will dig up the solution.

I added hh:mm and when I started a journal it shows the correct local time.
