$:/temp/RemoteAssetInfo/ on upgrading

Hi everyone

Either by upgrading to 5.1.22 or by adding one plugin, somehow now I have a

$:/temp/RemoteAssetInfo/

system tiddler for every single theme and plugin.

Was that an unintended byproduct of the upgrade process? Or do those tiddlers now need to stay there? If the former, does tiddlywiki.com need to be changed so this behavior doesn't persist?
