Reduce width of tiddler top-margin and bottom-margin

Hi all

I just need the CSS for reducing the space between the top of the tiddler and the top of the tiddler title, and between the bottom of the tiddler and the bottom of the text field. (viewtemplate)

I dug through the vanilla base and even experimented with a couple things, but couldn't find it.
