There is an old version for TW classic. And a workable version for TW5 (though I haven't tested it in latest TW version)... http://tobibeer.github.io/tw5-plugins/#plantuml

The downside with it is it uses an external service. Its not a self-contained tool.

Online version is uncomfortable.

In theory, you could run your own plantuml server. That might take a bit of doing.

I notice that there is a java version of Plantuml that can be used from the command line. So it's possible to imagine something like Bob, which has scripting abilities, invoking the command sequence to generate the diagrams. Maybe. But probably not the simple solution anyone was hoping for.

Well you could retrieve the SVG version and paste that inside a tiddler. I did this numerous times and it works like a charm.

However I rely on the online version for editing and just copy my final SVG in TW:
  1. Klick on SVG (new Tab opens)
  2. Right-click anywhere on the picture and select "show page source"
  3. Copy everything (Strg-A) from there inside a Tiddler
  4. TW will render the resulting SVG.
