Launch kayak in 4 Mile Run

We fish in Four Mile Run occasionally and ride bikes on the path along there. I'd like to put a kayak in, but haven't seen an acceptable launch spot. Any tips?

there is one for sure right across from the warm water discharge.

At the corner of S. Glebe and Mount Vernon there is a park that you can leave your car and pull your craft maybe 50 ft to the water.  I launch a canoe there pretty often.  It couldn't be any easier to access
