February's fly will be inspired by my trip to England last year. We will tie Buzzers. A simple pattern with infinite possibilities to create variations. This represents a large midge pupae.
I will be teaching this pattern on the patio. Misha will be leading a group tying Royal Wulff's. Joan Wulff describes this pattern as a 'strawberry shortcake' for trout.
All tools and materials will be provided for the free class.
Arrive at the back bar no earlier than 6:30PM.

Being a son of the Rockies, I will tie Renegades, a pattern of the Rockies that spawned several offshoots. When I was a kid, you wouldn't believe how people argued the virtues of the renegade versus the reverse renegade, or the redtail renegade, or the double renegade, or the royal renegade.... I'm tying the original but without the gold tag which I find tends to turn off wary trout.

may tie some dungeons....but brought stuff for dries if I dare dip my toes in that water again....it's been far too long
