Virginia Beach in September recommendations

I’m planning on spending some time in Virginia Beach at first landing in September. I will most likely be shore fishing. Any suggestions on local beaches you would recommend? Anyone know what fish are more likely to be around in September. I tried to do some research but have not found any good answers. It’s possible I will hire a guide. Any guide suggestions?

I would reach out to Chris Newsome. That's prime time for him.

Lots of schoolie striper will be around, a decent amount of 22 - 32 inch reds (good size this year), and the trout are starting to show up. Blues and flounder will be around as well.
