Valley Creek day trip .... trout porn

Went up to West Chester, PA to visit my parents this weekend.  Pops and I took half day trip over to Valley Creek, got there just be sunrise.  Really pretty creek, very tight so some technical casting is necessary in some spots, but I really enjoyed it overall.  Will definitely be back soon.  The fish are also really scary though, you almost have to wade and hang out for a while until they forget about you.  But managed a couple browns.  Really awesome colors, and really healthy fish!  Satisfied my trout addiction for a few days anyway.

 

Can't wait for October fishing!  If anyone is up for going out to SNP on a Saturday in a couple weeks for a day trip, shoot me a message.  I'm trying to get a group together.
