There are some beautiful lines in this article that I think sum up fly fishing pretty well. You really can't take a minute on the water for granted.

Thanks for posting that - it's too easy to get caught up in the rat race and forget about what is important.

This is probably a long shot, but does anyone here have one of these Tom Morgan rods and want to bring it to the Iglesia de la Bilotta one Sunday morning?

Dalton, I have an old Winston IM6 that I think was a Tom Morgan rod - it is one of my favorite rods - and I have a 2 weight Tom Morgan that I got from Tom and Gerri within the past two to three years. The article really captures the experience. I spoke to both during the process of choosing the rod and during the very long wait. It is a 2 weight and is a sight to behold. Just as an example the rod tube itself has a cover ... I would be happy to bring it some time but not on a Sunday and also as you know all too well Dalton I am on the road a lot. Ironically I really haven't fished it but once because I got it for tricos and midges and haven't had much occasion to fish those hatches (or fish at all).

Very cool, I figured if anyone in the group had one it would be you. I would like to check out that stick.

Great special -- I finally took the time to read it entirely and watch the vid. It's very good --
