Hi, I'm planning a week long trip to Trout Town USA in early June.   Does anyone have any recommendations on lodging and guides in the area.  I want to stay in the Rosco area for a few days then may hit the West Branch .  thanks

Take your meals at the Roscoe Diner.

Do NOT, under any circumstances, order the deep fried French toast.

I always camp when I go to the Catskills. Beaverkill
Campground is close to roscoe and has sites right on the beaver kill but is honestly not that nice of a campground. Mongaup pond is up the road and is much nicer and is close to the upper willow. Can't tell you about hotels but there are a couple places right in town.

It's been years since I fished with a guide in the Catskills but last time I did it was with lee Hartman. Not sure if he is still guiding but he was good. As far as flyshops go I like Catskill flies best among the options in town (deters is a close second) and they have guides on both the Beamoc and the Delaware.

Good advice from Mr. Farino. Truly overkill.

Stick to basics: eggs, sausage, ham and or bacon, home fries, toast.

Joe Demaldares is an amazing guide in the area!
