Four Mile Run Today

Fished 4MR from 11AM to 1230PM today.  Met Fellow TPFRer's John and Chuck.  My solunar chart said that around noon today was supposed to be one of the best times this month.  I might need to pin a copy of the chart to the bottom of the creek.    I am not sure all the fish got the memo.  I caught a couple of largemouth 10 and 12 inches.  John caught a largemouth and several sunfish.  Chuck moved into the out flow as I was leaving so he'll have to tell his own lies.  According to the chart the 30th is the next really hot day but any day fishing is a good day - especially if you're ducking out of work. 

Question - in a month that has two full moons, the second one is called a Blue Moon.  What is the second new moon in a month with two new moons called?
