Trying to look on the bright side (because the company won't be punished and won't be required to do any remediation), do you think this means you wouldn't need waders?

A very good friend of mine PJ Dailey of Savage River Angler is a full time guide in Western MD. I spoke with him the other day about the effects of the spill.He tells me that so far he has seen no ill effects on the NB from the Spill. Good news!
