Just stumbled upon this video posted on a local paddling forum not too long ago. Its a video of a barge ride down the canal, allegedly from Cumberland to DC,
There is a good shot of Harpers Ferry at the 9:50 mark, Great Falls at the 11:00 mark, and somewhere in "Washington" at the very end.
Maybe someday they'll find this guy's chest mounted POV B-roll footage, hammering carp with mulberry patterns on bamboo.
