So what gives with all the parking areas blocked off by concrete barriers on Sandy Hook Road on the Maryland side opposite Harpers Ferry? Do you have to park over in WV?

Likely an attempt to control overcrowding as Rona's got every idiot and their brother outside for the first time parking where ever
