Kelly's Ford

I went to Kelly's Ford today after the Phelps WMA was too muddy and too high to fish. The main parking lot with the boat ramp is open. I called VDGIF and asked about the other lot. The really nice lady said it was just closed to parking but did not elaborate. At the boat ramp were posted regs. This first pic says if you have a license you can be there.

Somehow my message was truncated. The second pic shows that wading is legal if you are fishing and the third pic shows that you can't park at the boat ramp but that you can park In the rest of the gravel area.
