TPFR IS FIVE!!!!!

Some of you may know that it was officially 5 years ago to the day that we held the organizational meeting an formed TPFR.  9 people were in attendance.

In the past 5 years, we have grown to 1225 members (registered through the Google Group) - not counting the number readers who have never logged in.

We average 400+ posts per month (way more once the Shad show up)!

Our BEER TIEs have given us a way to come together often, and have served as a model to other clubs across the country who are looking to do the same type of thing.

And we've retained and exemplified a level of civility, selflessness, and helpfulness through both our on line and one the water community.

Happy Birthday TPFR!!!!  My most heartfelt THANK YOU to all of you out there that have made this club what it is!

At last month's tie I knocked over 2 glasses of tea performing a killer air double-haul and later accidentally ate one of those plastic lobster decorations.
