Would love to try and hit some wadeable spots on the Potomac this weekend.  Is that even going to be possible with the rain we've been getting?  I've never wadded the Potomac before so I'm not sure how sensitive it is to a few days of rainfall.

As of this post Little Falls is just under 4 feet. Slope of the curve looks to be above 3.5 for the weekend.

There may be some wadable places on the Potomac this weekend, but I'm not aware of them. The river is on the way back up again with the rain this week and will be over 4.5 ft at Little Falls this weekend; see the prediction here: http://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?gage=brkm2&wfo=lwx

I'd opt for some trout fishing this weekend if I were you.

I always forget about those flow charts.  I'd rather trout fish to be honest, but I won't have time to drive anywhere that i want to trout fish.
