Took this feisty little guy from shore. PM for details on spot, its not a secret or anything but rather than broadcast, I would rather keep it specific to those in need.

If you are at DE beaches there are fish if you are willing to get up early or fish late.

First cast 445am...

Lots of smaller ones around in the bay too. Hopefully a good sign for the fall/winter.

Very cool! I'll be in Dewey for Labor Weekend. Have tried on the fly up in Lewes before but found casting difficult with so many people around. Didn't think to go at 5am though.
