How to add photos from an iPad and iPhone

I have pad and phone with iOS 5. Do I need to upgrade tp iOS 6?

Bob, to add photos to your post, you attach them to your email. The way way that you would if you were emailing them to a friend. 

No need to upgrade your iOS for this.

Hi Scott, bear with me, I'm crap at technology.
So instead of trying to post a picture while on the TPFR web page I would post to the page from my email. I could post a picture by replying to the email I received on my iPhone. Correct?

That is correct. Either reply to an existing email or create a new email to tidal-potoma...@googlegroups.com and attach your images.
