Having problems trying to purchase DC fishing license online.

Hey All,

             I been having problems attempting to purchase a DC fishing license online. I've tried several times over the past month.

On several different devises with several different valid cards. I fill out all the required info, hit submit. And get message back saying my payment has not through ???

Any suggestions ?

Maybe attempt to call or email someone at DC DOEE to inform them of the glitch. Or you can try to buy it at Walmart or the hardware stores which should still be open.
